Slovenački centar koji je prethodnu sezonu proveo u Barseloni, a nakon prve utakmice ističe da se je još uvijek u fazi prilagođavanja.
“Bićemo dobar tim, moram da igram bolje nego što sam na prvoj utakmici, ali pokušavam da naučim sistem, da igram bolje u odbrani, budem bolji svakog dana i spreman kad sezona počne”, rekao je Tobi za Meridian sport.
Slovenački centar ističe da mu je Mundobasket dosta značio ali da mora da ubrza igru i podigne je na više nivo.
“Da, definitivno. Svjetski kup je odlično iskustvo, najbolje takmičenje na svijetu. Definitivno mi daje samopouzdanje, ali moram da ubrzam igru i podignem nivo”, rekao je Tobi.
Osim na poziciji centra, trener crveno-bijelih od njega zahtijeva da igra i na poziciji krilnog centra.
“Pričali smo o ulozi u timu, imali smo nekoliko razgovora, šta očekuje od mene. Želi da širim igru, kako na poziciji centra, tako i krilnog centra”, rekao je slovenački centar za Meridian sport.
Glavna zvijezda slovenačke reprezentacije Luka Dončić je veliki navijač Crvene zvezde, a doskorašnji centar Barslone otkrio je šta mu je rekao košarkaš Dalas maveriksa.
“Pričali smo u Sloveniji, rekao mi je da sam izabrao bolji tim nego prošle sezone”, našalio se Amerikanac.
Do sada je u karijeri uglavnom nosio broj 10, a sada će u Crvenoj zvezdi Meridianbet nositi dres sa brojem 18.
“To je datum kada mi je ćerkica rođena”, zaključio je Tobi.
