Ministarstvo prosvjete, nauke i inovacija je po
raznim osnovima u dosadašnjem periodu isplatilo 282.344,44 eura u vezi sa
predmetima formiranim zbog nezakonite smjene direktora obrazovno-vaspitnih
ustanova u Crnoj Gori, saopšteno je Pobjedi iz ovog resora.
Bivša ministarka Vesna Bratić 2021.
godine masovno je smijenila direktore škola, bez valjanog obrazloženja,
potvrđeno je u presudama koje su donešene u korist čelnika obrazovnih ustanova.
Bratić je svim direktorima poslala ista rješenja, da su ostali bez funkcije
zato što nijesu formirali školske odbore, ali su direktori na sudu dokazali da
to nijesu mogli da učine upravo iz razloga što ih je Ministarstvo sabotiralo u
tom procesu jer nije imenovalo svoje predstavnike u tom tijelu. U presudama je
ispisano da su oni zato razriješeni nezakonito.
Pošto su direktori dokazali na sudu da su ostali bez
funkcije mimo propisa, država je u obavezi da im isplaćuje odštetu, odnosno
zarade koje je trebalo da dobijaju do okončanja mandata.
Razriješeni direktori su prije dvije godine na sudu
dokazali da su im funkcije oduzete mimo propisa, a onda su pokrenuli sporove da
im se nadoknadi materijalna šteta.
Iz Ministarstva prosvjete je upozoravano nedavno da
bi sudski postupci bivših direktora škola, koje je 2021. godine smijenila
Bratić, državu mogli da koštaju najmanje 300.000 eura. Poručivali su da se u
postupcima nastoje smanjiti troškovi na način što će se priznavati tužbeni
zahtjev u kojima teče parnica, a nastali troškovi dobrovoljno isplaćivati na
osnovu pravosnažnih presuda.
Protiv Bratić su u procesu i regresne tužbe koje je
u februaru prošle godine podnijela zaštitnica imovinsko-pravnih interesa Crne
Gore Bojana Ćirović. Njima se traži da Bratić isplati državi štetu
koja je nastala zbog toga što je mimo zakona smijenila direktore
vaspitno-obrazovnih ustanova.
Bivša ministarka Bratić je reagovala na podnošenje
tužbi i kazala da je ,,nečuveno i presedan“ da su pokrenute protiv nje zbog
izgubljenih 300.000 eura u postupku protiv smijenjenih direktora.
