Gradonačelnik Podgorice dr
Ivan Vuković, sa saradnicima, večeras je otvorio Podgorički park - novu
zelenu oaza u srcu grada i zasigurno jednu od najljepših autentičnih
parkovskih površina u Podgorici.
Park se prostire na 10.000 m2 od mosta Milenijum do Moskovskog mosta i dobiće svoj prirodni nastavak sve do mosta Gazela.
Gradonačelnik Vuković istakao
je da je Podgorica večeras dobila najljepši park koji nosi naziv Podgorički
park upravo zbog autohtonih biljnih vrsta poput murve, iglica,džanje,
šipka i drugih, koje su u njemu zasađene, odnosno svega onoga što nas asocira
na Podgoricu i za šta smo na jedan način emotivno vezani.
“Vrijednost ove investicije
prevazilazi 110.000 eura, a ovaj park će se graditi u dvije faze. Za sada je
završena prva faza, koja se prostire od mosta Milenijum do Moskovskog mosta, a
planirano je se park uredi sve do mosta Gazela, tako ćemo dobiti jednu novu
oplemenjenu zelenu površinu”, istakao je gradonačelnik i izrazio posebno
zadovoljstvo što je ovo mjesto dobilo potpuno novi izgled i funkciju.
“Naši sugrađani su dobili još jedan prostor za rekreaciju, za uživanje u prirodi i nadam se da će se odgovorno odnositi prema toj činjenici i čuvati ovaj vrijedan mobilijar”, naglasio je Vuković.
Prostor je opremljen urbanim
parkovskim mobilijarom kojeg čine: ljuljaška, ležaljke, set sto i klupe,
cik-cak klupe, klupe sa naslonom, korpe za otpatke. Izgrađene su pergole
sa rešetkom za puzavice i pergole za portune. Na metalnoj konstrukciji ugrađen
je plato od dekinga, dok je prostor prema rijeci Morači ograđen drvenim
stubovima na kojima je ugrađena solarna rasvjeta.
Gradonačelnik se posebno
zahvalio Ministarstvu odbrane Crne Gore koje je dalo značajan doprinos u
realizaciji ovog projekta. On je iskazao i posebno poštovanje za predan rad i
trud zaposlenih u gradskim preduzećima Zelenilo i Komunalne usluge koji su
vrijedno radili i u otežanim uslovima, kako bi se ovaj projekat završio u
planiranom roku.
