Vuković: Milatović i istomišljenici troše posljednje kredite kod Zapada koji je uvidio opasnost njegovih populističkih stavova
„Krajnje je porazno da se došlo do situacije da se crnogorskim zvaničnicima šalju ovako jasne poruke, sa ovako direktnim jezikom, jer je sve izglednije da ovakve poruke istinski ukazuju da trenutni pregovori i djelovanje predsjednika Milatovića ne doprinose bilo kakvom optimizmu kod zapadnih partnera“, ocijenio je za Portal Analitika profesor na Univerzitetu Džon Hopkins Siniša Vuković, komentarišući navode izaslanika Stejt departmenta za Zapadni Balkan Gabrijela Eskobara.
Eskobar je, podsjetimo, poručio da su američke diplomate prepoznale razumijevanje potrebe da proevropske stranke formiraju buduću crnogorsku vladu. Naglasio je i da su mu svi oni jasno predočili da SAD žele da vladu čine isključivo partije koje su usredsrijeđene na evropske integracije, posvećene NATO-u i koje dijele njihov stav u vezi sa Rusijom.
Prema riječima Vukovića, ovako oštre poruke upućuju se veoma rijetko, i za tako nešto mora postojati jasan razlog, jer se, kako kaže, na neki način iskače iz dobro uhodane prakse diplomatskog rječnika.
“Samim tim, utisak da se radi o nekoj vrsti upozorenja može da stoji”, ističe naš sagovornik.
Ulazak ZBCG u vladu vodio bi CG ka međunarodnoj izolaciji
Vuković je stava da je ono što smo čuli, po ko zna koji put ponovljen jasan stav američke administracije koje političke snage u Crnoj Gori smatraju svojim partnerima, a sa kojim nemaju namjeru da sarađuju.
“Sada je već potpuno jasno da bi ulazak takvih snaga, okupljenih oko koalicije ZBCG, suštinski odvelo Crnu Goru ka međunarodnoj izolaciji i temeljnom narušavanju njenog međunarodnog ugleda i pozicije”, napominje Vuković.
Ova poruka je, smatra sagovornik Analitike, takođe usmjerena ka svim onim akterima koji su u prethodnom periodu pokušavali, na veoma perfidan način, da plasiraju priču o nekakvom omekšavanju američkog stava kada su u pitanju proruske i antizapadne političke strukture u Crnoj Gori.
“U jednom trenutku je taj narativ toliko dominirao javnim diskursom u Crnoj Gori, da je Američka ambasada na veoma neuobičajen način više puta morala da ponovi da im je bivši DF neprihvatljiv. Za Amerikance je postalo očigledno da je problem kulminirao upravo jer je Milatović u više navrata pribjegavao tom diskursu, insistirajući da je DF u ovom slučaju poželjan partner za njega, samim tim otvoreno oponirajući porukama koje stižu sa zapada”, ukazuje Vuković.
Milatović se sukobio sa prozapadnom agendom Crne Gore
Sasvim je, dodaje, izvjesno da američki zvaničnici razumiju karakter i namjere poruka predsjednika Milatovića koji je uporno insistirao da bivši DF uđe u vladu.
“On se svojim prethodnim stavovima jasno sukobio sa prozapadnom agendom Crne Gore. Čak je išao dotle da je počeo javno projektovati neke druge vanjsko-političke prioritete koji nijesu prozapadni. Tako recimo, u toku njegovog govora u Generalnoj skupštini UN mogli smo čuti da je njemu evorpski i evroatlantski put Crne Gore jednako važan kao postojeći regionalni odnosi. Ovo je eklatantan primjer alarmantnog skretanja sa prozapadne trase koju je Crna Gora imala do sada”, objašnjava sagovornik Analitike.
Vuković je stava i da Milatović i njegovi istomišljenici troše posljednje kredite kod zapadnih partnera koji, kako kaže, uviđaju opasnost njihovih populističkih stavova.
“Postaje očigledno da se političari ovog profila u svakom trenutku mogu vrlo lako i kreativno prebaciti sa prozapadne na proregionalne prioritete, i na taj način urušiti poziciju i kredibilitet Crne Gore na zapadu. U tom slučaju bilo bi jasno da se po crnogorsko mišljenje ne bi išlo u Podgoricu već u Beograd”, smatra Vuković.
Partneri CG na zapadu, u regionu su samo susjedi
Napominje da je važno podsjećati da su Crnoj Gori saveznici i partneri na zapadu, a u regionu su prvenstveno samo susjedi.
“Crna Gora je mnogo ranjiva na udare populističkih politika koje se perfidno priklanjaju centrima kao što su Beograd i Moskva, kroz mantru prioriteta regionalnih odnosa”, ističe Vuković.
Takvim politikama se, smatra naš sagovornik, prozapadna agenda samo koristi deklarativno i kako bi se prikrila stvarna intencija da se sva pažnja usmjeri na usaglašavanje politika sa Beogradom, koji joj trenutno nije ni saveznik ni partner, već prije svega veoma nametljiv susjed.
“Ostaje da se vidi, da li će nakon ovog upozorenja Milatoviću, zapad istinski razumjeti ko su suštinski prozapadni akteri u Crnoj Gori koji zavređuju podršku saveznika i partera na zapadu”, zaključuje Vuković.
