Uživanje u hrani i bezalkoholnim pićima orijentalne kuhinje
Kompanija Arabian Tea House koja ima svoje restorane u Dubaiju, Egiptu i Filipinima odlučila se za otvaranje svog restorana u Crnoj Gori - Podgorici ,,Dubai House". U razgovoru sa menadžerom ovog restorana Muhamedom Sellamom saznali smo o razlogu otvaranja ovakvog objekta u Podgorici. Muhamed Sellam je došao u Crnu Goru turistički i odlučio da ovdje ostane.
- Preko ambasade iz
Dubaija odlučili smo da otvorimo naš restoran u Podgorici i tako Crna Gora
dobije prvi arapski restoran. Crna Gora je izuzetna po prirodnim ljepotama, a
sviđaju mi se i vaši odnosi prema porodici
- kazao je Sellam za Crnogorski portal.
Kako je on naveo ima godina dana od formiranja firme u Crnoj Gori, a šest mjeseci su istraživali tržište, crnogorski marketing kako bi najlakše mogli da se uklope.
Posebna receptura, arapski začini daju poseban ukus
- Pripreme sa restoran su
trajale nekoliko mjeseci jer sve što se tiče enterijera kao i ostalih potreba moralo
je izgledati kao i u ostalim našim restoranim i dolazi iz Dubaija - istakao je Sellam.
Kako dodaje narod u Crnoj Gori nije nikada probao specijalitete arapske kuhinje pa u početku dolaze iz znatiželje, ali se uvijek vraćaju.
- Glavna je naša ideja
da se narod ovdje upozna sa našom orjentalnom kuhinjom kao i dijelom naše
kulture. Hrana u našem restoranu spremaju kuvari iz Dubaija - kaže Sellam, jer
kako ističe hrana se sprema po tradicionalnim arapskim receptima koji pretežno
sadrže više začina koje ne mogu naći u Crnoj Gori, a daju poseban ukus.
- Kompletna priprema
hrane je na ćumuru, a svaki sastojak jela koji se priprema mora biti tačno po
recepturi izmjeren u gramima. Začini ne samo da daju ukus hrani, nego su i
ljekoviti za ljudski organizam - kazao je Sellam.
On naglašava da su
cijene u njihovim restoranima u Dubaiju mnogo visočije nego ovdje jer su prilagodili
crnogorskom tržištu.
- U restoranu nema
alkoholnih pića, a jedna od zanimljivosti je vrsta čaja koju ovdje možete naći
po pristupačnoj cijeni, a u Dubaiju ga piju samo važni gosti - šeici i članovi
kraljevske porodice. Čaj je sa Himalaja i daje posebno raspoloženje - kazao je
je Sellam.
Njihovi planovi su veliki, a realizovanje je usporila pandemija korona virusa, ali svakako ovo će biti prvi ovakakv restoran u regionu, a planira još ovakvih na primorju i u Srbiji i Albaniji. B.S.
