PKCG: Poslodavci traže dijalog za iznalaženje pravednog i održivog rješenja za rad nedjeljom
Odbor udruženja trgovine Privredne komore Crne Gore iznenađen je predlogom predstavnika privrede koji participiraju u Socijalnom savjetu, a kojim se afirmiše normativno rješenje koje nije interes privrede i crnogorske ekonomije u cjelini.
Pozivamo predstavnike Unije poslodavaca u Socijalnom savjetu da već sjutra organizuju sastanak sa članovima Odbora udruženja trgovine iz reda veleprodaja, maloprodaja, predstavnika tržnih centara i malih trgovaca, prije slanja Predloga izmjena i dopuna zakona o unutrašnjoj trgovini u skupštinsku proceduru.
Cijenimo da je značajno da se čuju stavovi trgovaca, kao pojedinačno najveće grane privrede, a spremni smo i da predložimo konkretna rješenja koja u velikoj mjeri doprinose principima nediskriminacije i jednakog tržišnog tretmana svih privrednih društava iz oblasti trgovine.
Za poslovdavce, u čijim kompanijama je zaposleno 20 hiljada zaposlenih, nisu prihvatljivi principi rada nedjeljom kako se nudi u rješenjima u koja su imali uvid, jer su ista suprostavljena načelima jednakosti, slobodi preduzetništva i ekonomskom napretku.
S druge strane, takva rješenja ne osiguravaju zaštitu i jednak tretman svih radnika, iako se kao takva žele predstaviti zaposlenima i privrednicima čiji rad uređuju.
Zbog svega toga, Socijalni savjet nema podršku privrede po ovom pitanju, i zato insistiramo na otvaranju dijaloga radi iznalaženja pravednog, održivog i poštenog rješenja za rad nedjeljom.
