Crnogorski forum: Koordinisani napadi na crnogorski identitet i evropski put države
U saopštenju upozoravaju na političko djelovanje Vučića, Mandića i Kneževića, te poručuju da su Ustav i volja građana nepremostiva brana svakom pokušaju prekrajanja identitetskih pitanja
rnogorski forum ocijenio je da su posljednje izjave i politički nastupi predsjednika Srbije Aleksandra Vučića, lidera Nove srpske demokratije Andrije Mandića i predsjednika DNP-a Milana Kneževića dio koordinisanog političkog projekta usmjerenog protiv crnogorskog naroda, njegove državnosti i evropske orijentacije Crne Gore.
U saopštenju Crnogorskog foruma navodi se da Crna Gora duže vrijeme trpi kontinuirane napade na svoj politički, nacionalni i identitetski integritet, te da se crnogorski narod pokušava predstaviti kao „vještačka ili nepostojeća zajednica“.
„Upoređivanjem nastupa Andrije Mandića na RTCG sa izjavama Aleksandra Vučića i Milana Kneževića postaje jasno da se ne radi o slučajnosti, već o usaglašenom političkom djelovanju čiji je cilj slamanje crnogorskog naroda kao istorijskog i političkog subjekta“, navodi se u saopštenju koje prenosimo integralno:

Upoređivanjem nastupa Andrije Mandića na RTCG sa nedavnim izjavama predsjednika Srbije Aleksandra Vučića i Milana Kneževića postaje jasno da se ne radi o slučajnosti, niti o paralelnim i nepovezanim stavovima, već o usaglašenom političkom djelovanju čiji je cilj slamanje crnogorskog naroda kao političkog, istorijskog i identitetskog subjekta.
Ovdje nije riječ o apstraktnim političkim razlikama, već o sistematskom pritisku usmjerenom na crnogorski narod, koji se pokušava predstaviti kao vještačka, privremena ili nepostojeća zajednica. To je suština ovog političkog projekta.
Posebno je važno naglasiti ulogu Cetinja. Cetinje nije slučajno pomenuto niti targetirano od strane Mandića. Ono predstavlja istorijsku, simboličku i moralnu kičmu crnogorskog naroda, grad crnogorske državnosti, slobodarstva, antifašizma i otpora asimilaciji. Poruke upućene Cetinju imaju jasnu namjeru da se ponizi, disciplinuje i slomi crnogorski narod tamo gdje je njegov identitet najvidljiviji i najčvršći.
Napad na Cetinje nije napad na jedan grad. To je napad na crnogorski narod sve tri vjere i na sve manjinske narode, jer se pokušava slomiti simbol kontinuiteta crnogorske državnosti i pravo crnogorskog naroda da postoji kao politički subjekt u sopstvenoj državi.
Izjava predsjednika Srbije kojom se iz Beograda određuje ko je „lider srpskog naroda u Crnoj Gori“ ili u vezi "srpskog jezika" predstavlja grubo miješanje u unutrašnje stvari Crne Gore i poruku da se crnogorski narod ne priznaje kao ravnopravan nosilac državnosti, već kao prepreka političkim projektima koji dolaze spolja.
Tvrdnje o ugroženosti srpskog jezika služe isključivo kao politički izgovor. Srpski jezik je u Republici Srbiji jedini službeni jezik i kao takav ustavno zaštićen i međunarodno priznat, pa ne može biti ugrožen ni na koji način. U Crnoj Gori srpski jezik je Ustavom garantovan kao jezik u službenoj upotrebi, što isključuje bilo kakvu mogućnost diskriminacije. Naprotiv, kontinuiranim političkim insistiranjem na navodnoj ugroženosti srpskog jezika, u praksi se vrši pritisak i diskriminacija jedinog službenog crnogorskog jezika, koji je kao takav definisan Ustavom Crne Gore. O tome je Ustavni sud Crne Gore još 2013. godine donio jasnu i obavezujuću odluku, čime je ovo pitanje pravno i ustavno zatvoreno.
Smiješno je govoriti o „većinskom jeziku u Crnoj Gori“ bez uvažavanja činjenice da većinski narod definiše crnogorski narod. Drugo, popis stanovništva ne odražava stvarno stanje, jer MONSTAT, umjesto da prikaže domicilno stanovništvo odvojeno od stranaca, ne pravi tu razliku, iako su strani državljani namjerno dovoženi autobusima iz Srbije i Bosne i Hercegovine. I Član 157 Ustava Crne Gore jasno određuje.
„Promjena članova 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, 15, 45 i 157 konačna je ako se na državnom referendumu za promjenu izjasni najmanje tri petine svih upisanih glasača“
Ovim ustavnim normama isključena je svaka mogućnost političkog dogovora, preglasavanja ili zaobilaženja volje građana, jer se bez ispunjenja oba uslova, i dvotrećinske većine u Skupštini i podrške najmanje 60% svih upisanih glasača na referendumu, Ustav se ne može mijenjati. Sve mimo toga predstavljalo bi pravno nasilje i direktan udar na državnopravni status Crne Gore.
Crna Gora je građanska država, ali građanska država ne znači brisanje crnogorskog naroda. Naprotiv, ona postoji upravo zato što postoji crnogorski narod koji je Crnu Goru stvarao i branio vjekovima. Crna Gora je Ustavom garantovala puna prava svima, Srbima, Bošnjacima, Albancima, Hrvatima i drugima, i ta prava nijesu deklarativna, već pravno obavezujuća.

Ako se ovakav proces nastavi, posljedice neće biti samo unutrašnja destabilizacija Crne Gore, već i ozbiljno ugrožavanje mira i stabilnosti cijelog regiona. Nedavni protesti, formalno predstavljeni kao lokalni, a u suštini politički instrumentalizovani, jasno pokazuju da je cilj izazivanje tenzija i zaustavljanje Crne Gore na njenom evropskom putu.
Nelegalne i nenajavljene blokade saobraćajnica direktno su ugrozile bezbjednost građana i nesmetan protok ljudi i vozila, uključujući i hitne slučajeve. Jučerašnji događaji na kružnom toku, đe su građani u vozilu spriječeni u kretanju i fizički napadnuti, predstavljaju ozbiljno ugrožavanje ljudskih života.
