okviru programa prekogranične saradnje Crna Gora - Kosovo implementiraće
projekat stvaranja boljih uslova za nova radna mjesta u oblasti poljoprivrede
(CREATING EMPLOYMENT IN AGRICULTURE). Cilj ovog projekta je da se kroz nekoliko
faza unaprijedi pristup nezaposlenih tržištu rada. Pružanjem podrške stanovnicima ruralnih područja i korišćenjem
dostupnih resursa stvaraju se potrebni uslovi za otvaranje novih radnih mjesta.
Programom prekogranične saradnje za projekat zapošljavanja u poljoprivredi
planirano je preko 330.000 eura, a prednost će imati mladi i žene u ruralnim
područijima.
Projektni tim će kroz konkretne
aktivnosti privući i motivisati nezaposlene za radne angažmane u oblasti
poljoprivrede. Planirano je da se kroz radionice i obuke unaprijede vještine
korisnika za zapošljavanje u ovoj oblasti. U Crnoj Gori biće organizovane obuke
za proizvodnju aromatičnog bilja, maslinovog ulja i mliječnih proizvoda. Za
korisnike ovog projekta obezbijediće se i oprema za proizovodnju. Po završetku
obuka i radionica, za sve korisnike koji su započeli svoju proizvodnju biće
organizovan sajam na kojem će oni predstaviti svoje proizvode.
