VREMEPLOV ZA JUGONOSTALGIČARE (XV): VITO ILI ĐEČJA USPAVANKA O SMRTI
Vitovim precima, odnosno
sunarodnicima Njegoševog doba, bilo je čak mnogo, mnogo lakše jer, kako kaže u
jednoj od nenaslovljenih pjesama: “Lako je bilo umirati / mojim precima, /
onamo ih je čekao dobri Bog / i odlazili su / kao da se vraćaju s nekog časnog
posla / umorni i mirni. / A kuda ja da odem / poslije svega? / Ni ovdje nikog,
/ ni tamo nikog. / A živjeti se mora. / A mrijeti se mora”. Pjesnik zapravo
daje jednu užasno tešku, strašno tragičnu kritiku i konstataciju: umrli su,
nestali i (klasični) Bog i (klasični) ljudi, pa ovđe više nema ljudi, a onamo
ili tamo nema ni Boga. Ne misli se na Boga kao isključivo religioznog pojma,
ponajmanje na njega, već na Boga kao simbol smislenosti, uređenosti i
pravdoljubivosti u životu i u svijetu. Kako u tim i takvim nemogućim – a
zapravo ne samo mogućim već i realnim – modernim vremenima živjeti i mrijeti?,
pita sebe i sve nas Vito. Teško i nikako. “A živjeti se mora. / A mrijeti se
mora”. Zato se gotovo “nužno” (za)staje na pola puta, ni tamo ni ovamo, bez snage
za “ILI-ILI”. Ovakav je bio Vito i u drugim sferama i temama o kojima je
pjevao, i kada je npr. u pitanju ljubav i žena, đe se može viđeti i osjetiti i
platonska i čulna dimenzija. Dakle, uvijek je na pola puta, bez daha – ali
nikako ne bez duha! – za konačan izbor i ostvarenje krajnjih ishodišta,
opredjeljenja i ciljeva, predajući se jedino svom punoćom svog bića drumu i
drumovanju, kao simbolima nade u bolju i izvjesniju budućnost čak i ovog
ovakvog, nesumnjivo previše napaćenog i tragičnog, čovjeka i njegovog svijeta i
života. Ali, zar nije to osnovna ljudska situacija, osnovni kod i problem
čovjekovog bivstvovanja u svijetu, ta nesumnjiva dualnost i podvojenost čovjeka
kao čulnog, materijalnog i duhovnog, nematerijalnog bića?
