ČOVJEKA OTKRIJE JEDAN GEST

Fudbalera, onog pravog, otkriješ jednim potezom, driblingom… A dobrog čovjeka često otkriješ jednim gestom.
Od jednog Albanca iz Skadra naručio sam dio za Mercedes. Donio mi je dio iz Skadra, a kada sam ponudio da platim dogovoreni iznos, čovjek mi kaže:
„Dio je polovan. Platićeš ga kada ga majstor ugradi i ako potvrdi da je ispravan.“
Dakle, dao mi je dio na veresiju. Meni, čovjeku iz druge države, kojeg je prvi put u životu vidio.
Nije želio da mi „uvali dio“, pa bio on i neispravan. Nije mu bilo najvažnije da uzme novac, već da bude siguran da je čovjeku prodao ono što mu zaista treba i što je ispravno.
Možda je to samo jedan mali poslovni gest, ali meni govori mnogo o čovjeku.
Povjerenje. Poštenje. Obraz.
I zato se pitam: koliko ljudi koje poznajete bi postupilo na isti način — prema kupcu iz druge države, kojeg prvi put vide?
Nekad zaista ne treba mnogo da otkriješ kakav je neko čovjek.
Jedan potez. Jedan gest.
