Na inicijativu Odbora udruženja komunalne privrede Privredne komore Crne Gore, Opština Bar je, u saradnji s Komunalnim djelatnostima d.o.o. Bar i regionalnom deponijom Možura d.o.o. Bar, organizovala radni sastanak posvećen analizi stanja i unapređenju komunalnih usluga.
Predsjednik Opštine Bar, Dušan Raičević, izrazio je zadovoljstvo što je domaćin sastanka i istakao dobru saradnju lokalne uprave sa lokalnim komunalnim privrednim društvima. Posebno je naglasio svakodnevne napore u održavanju čistoće grada i apelovao na komunalna privredna društva da iskoriste sredstva iz EU fondova za razvoj i nabavku opreme.
Podsjetio je da je Opština u prethodnom periodu značajno investirala u opremu komunalnog preduzeća, te da deponija Možura ima punu podršku Opštine kao osnivača u razvoju svojih projekata.
Izvršni direktor Komunalnih djelatnosti Bar, Stevo Pejović, govorio je o izazovima s kojima se lokalno komunalno privredno društvo suočava u održavanju higijene u gradu, ističući dobru međusobnu saradnju gradskih službi.
Direktor Možure, Senad Arabelović, upozorio je da postojeći kapaciteti deponije mogu zadovoljiti potrebe još najviše godinu dana. Iako su tehnička dokumentacija i lokacija za proširenje spremni, istakao je da je za realizaciju neophodna finansijska podrška Vlade Crne Gore. Apelovao je i na Privrednu komoru da podrži inicijativu prema Vladi, s obzirom na značaj problema za čitav primorski region.
Predsjednik Odbora udruženja, Radenko Vujošević, zahvalio se predsjedniku Opštine na prijemu i ukazao na ključne probleme sektora: zastarjelu mehanizaciju, manjak radne snage i izazove koji prate neusvajanje Granskog kolektivnog ugovora. Naglasio je potrebu zajedničkog djelovanja ka državnim institucijama te informisao prisutne o toku izrade nacrta novog Zakona o komunalnim djelatnostima, dok je zavrsena javna raspava Drzavnog plana upravljanja otpadom 2025-2029.
Vujošević je istakao da zarade zaposlenih direktno utiču na cijene usluga, te izrazio očekivanje da predsjednik Raičević kroz Zajednicu opština podrži zaključenje Granskog kolektivnog ugovora u što skorijem roku.
Zaključeno je da se komunalna privreda suočava s ozbiljnim izazovima – od nedostatka kadra i zastarjele opreme do problema s deponovanjem otpada i nedovoljnih ulaganja. Usvojen je prijedlog da se uskoro organizuje sastanak Odbora udruženja s predstavnicima Zajednice opština kako bi se razmotrile mogućnosti za unapređenje saradnje u upravljanju komunalnim poslovima na nivou cijele države.
Sastanaku su prisustvovali članovi Odbora udruženja komunalne privrede, izvršni direktori komunalnih privrednih društva iz Podgorice, Plava, Ulcinja, Bijelog Polja, Žabljaka, Cetinja i sekretarka Odbora udružanja komunalne privrede PKCG.
Isti je bio prilika za razmjenu iskustava i jačanje saradnje, a slične aktivnosti planiraju se i u narednom periodu.
