Budva ni
nakon dva puta ponovljenih izbora ne može da dobije legitimnu lokalnu upravu
koja bi prekinula proces sveukupne devastacije.
Građani
Budve danas ne žive u „kraljici Mediterana“, već u gradu nereda, smeća i haosa
– mjestu koje turisti i investitori sve više zaobilaze.
Vlada Milojka
Spajića, umjesto da djeluje i na prijedlog resornog ministarstva zakaže
nastavak sjednice lokalnog parlamenta, radije bira nečinjenje kako bi sačuvala
krhku koaliciju na državnom nivou pod kontrolom Andrije Mandića.
Ona time
šalje poruku da za formiranje vlasti više nijesu presudni rezultati izbora.
Umjesto zakona i demokratije, ključni kriterijum je opstanak
tridesetoavgustovaca na vlasti, bez obzira na to što građani trpe posljedice
političkog haosa.
Budva već
dvije godine nema plan privremenih objekata, što je prošle godine rezultiralo
jednom od najlošijih turističkih sezona. Ove godine, situacija prijeti da bude
još gora.
Građani
Budve i sve demokratske snage ne smiju ostati nijemi posmatrači. Već predugo su
taoci političkih, privatnih i kriminalnih interesa. Vrijeme je za građanski i
demokratski otpor.
Apelujem na
Vladu da hitno zakaže nastavak sjednice Skupštine opštine Budva umjesto da
postaje akter dalje političke destabilizacije. Ovaj grad zaslužuje da bude
simbol turističkog i ekonomskog oporavka Crne Gore, a ne poligon za političke
igre.
