Unapređenje prava i položaja romske i egipćanske populacije
Povodom desetogodišnjice Berlinskog procesa i pete
godišnjice od usvajanja Deklaracije partnera Zapadnog Balkana o integraciji
Roma/kinja u sklopu procesa proširenja Evropske unije, ministar ljudskih i
manjinskih prava Fatmir Gjeka, prisustvovao
je petom ministarskom sastanku koji je održan pod pokroviteljstvom Vlade
Njemačke u saradnji sa Savjetom Evrope.
Tom prilikom ministar Gjeka je
istakao da su od strane crnogorske Vlade i resornog ministarstva prepoznati izazovi sa
kojima se susrijeće ova zajednica i da su posvećeni “unapređenju prava i položaja romske
i egipćanske populacije kroz niz mjera koje su usvojene u okviru ove
Deklaracije, prvenstveno u oblasti obrazovanja, stanovanja, zapošljavanja i
pristupa kvalitetnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti, regulisanju pravnog statusa, borbi
protiv anticiganizma, te digitalnoj inkluziji.”
Resorni ministar je sagovornike informisao da je kroz strateške politike kreiran
ambijent koji će doprinijeti smanjivanju društvenog jaza u crnogorskom društvu
ijačati svijest o važnosti inkluzije Roma u digitalne i zelene agende.
Pored nadležnih ministara i predstavnika iz Albanije,
Bosne i Hercegovine, Kosova, Sjeverne Makedonije i Srbije, ministarskom
sastanku su prisustvovali i predstavnici EU, Savjeta Evrope, Poljske i Romske
fondacije za Evropu. Ministri su se, između ostalog saglasili da se potrebno
obavezati da će države jačati socio- ekonomsku inkluziju romskih zajednica, kao
i da u skladu sa međunarodnim i evropskim standardima treba primijeniti
sveobuhvatan multidisciplinarni pristup suzbijanju anticiganizma ali i podsticati
izvještavanje o slučajevima diskriminacije i djelotvornost sudskog
procesuiranja u cilju povećanja povjerenja Roma/kinja u pravednost sistema.
Na sastanku su pripremljeni i usvojeni predlozi
zaključaka za realizaciju u narednih 12 mjeseci, a isti će biti usvojeni na
predstojećem Samitu Zapadnog Balkana u okviru Berlinskog procesa, 14. oktobra
ove godine, u Berlinu.
