Održana manifestacija ‘Dijaspora u zavičaju’ 6. avgusta u Ulcinju održana je manifestacija, sada već tradicionalna ‘Dijaspora u zavičaju’ uz podršku Ministarstva ljudskih i manjinskih prava.
Događaju osim ministra Fatmir Ðeke, prisustvovali su i v.d Generalne direktorice Direktorata za Interkulturalizam Ljudmila Popović, zatim predsjednik opštine Ulcinja, Genci Nimanbegu, kao i mnogi zvaničnici iz zemlje i regiona.
Takodje, na ovom skupu po prvi put, prisustvovala je i delegacija zvaničnika iz države Njujork ( SAD) koju je predvodio Čarls D. Fal (Charles D. Fall), član Skupštine i zamjenik lidera skupštinske većine države Nju Jork, zatim Dialor Fal (Dialor Fall), prvi savjetnik g-dina Fala, i Dejvid Kar (David Carr), član skupštine Njujork.
Ministar Ðeka u svom obraćanju, zahvalio je vima koji su došli da podrže manifestaciju i dodao da je “Crna Gora ponosna na očuvanje veza i svestranu saradnju sa svojom dijasporom širom svijeta.”
On je, takođe, pohvalio organizaciju ovog događaja, koji je okupio skoro dvije hiljade ljudi, kako iz dijaspore tako iz svih krajeva Ulcinja i šire.
